Emergency Server Update

I am moving files on the Emergency server. Updating with new movies and removing others.

Okay..

The Stormtrooper server has several new films on it. Download them to your computer. I do not know when they we come back on the rotation.

The Bradyman server will be updated this weekend.

ROGUE and EMERGENCE OF THE SITH will be added to Bradyman server next.

For now, Broken Allegiance and Troops will stay online. They are still very popular. I have found another server for BA. It will be moved there soon.

Look at the URL names. One is

stormtrooper.w1.net , the other is bradyman.w1.net

 

Updates coming sooner. I got a little more server space on different servers.

 

O...K... now how do we get to them? I found the old ones, but where are the new ones?

I can't seem to make them work.. I can't save to disk nor open them in the browser.

You know, you should email Nate Craddock (Console Wars creator) and ask him for the new version of Console Wars : Part 1, in which about 4 subtitles are incorporated. I tried to download it to HD from his website, but couldn't.

i don't know if i'm cool with an AZEEM impersonator.

btw, i submitted my film like a week ago, but i still haven't found any word. i received a prompt email while i was still in produtcion. i suppose that with these server issues everthinng is all screwy.

JHoffaOLB was nice enough to host me, but I could always use even some simple publicity =)

As for your film Pixelito, send a story in and I'll post it on the main page, that'll get you some traffic. Just email david@theforce.net with URL's and a brief description and it'll be done.

 

Thanks to all the great guys who share their servers with the community to make it possible and get some of those great films.
I downloaded Seeds of Darkness yesterday and must say that I really love it. It was great and very entertaining. Sweet CG and very good lightsaber effects.

Especially thanks to the TFN Staff who try to supply us with as much films as possible! You guys are great.

 

Awww.... Now PA Wars and DOTF have rotoscoped their lightsabers? But I thought that all the fun about it was "3 fully-grown men hitting each other with plastic toys"!

Okay, don't laugh people, but I've now got a 'Dark Skies' mirror site Hey, some people still want to see it, I've got emails to prove it!...

So I've set up an iDisk account with the film loaded there. I honestly can't believe it'll work, basically becuase it was too easy and too cheap. But if anyone wants to have a go please do.

Go HERE to the codec download page, and once you are happy you have the codec installed, click on the bottom link, then right click on the links to (hopefully) download the movie. If it works then I've just saved myself a small fortune in bandwidth charges for next year...
