Emoticons

Does anybody know where I can get some good quality SW emoticons, like everybody uses in the forums? I've found some, but they aren't very good. If someone can give me some help, either through a site, or just a general search to go through, I'd appreciate it.

Many, many years ago, this site actually did support SW "emoticons." They were pretty cool. But, that was lost when we made the move to our current board software.

Woh! That Vader one is awesome. How come we don't use those anymore?

It's because after the move to IGN, we relied on the IGN default emoticons. You can check the source of any of our current faces to check it out. I think it would require zerosleep altering some code somewhere and uploading the old ones for us to use them.

They weren't embedded icons - we didn't have that support at the time. They were all icons you picked to go next to your thread title in the forum thread listing, along with such things like a question mark, an exclamation point, etc.

But, I always liked having them.

 

We should get those after the move. THat would be cool

Those should definaty make the move, and maybe resize the lightsaber on on DurbnPoisen, that way it doesnt' look all distorted....
