I hope to be at Cheshunt by about 12noon, maybe sooner if I can get a better connection from London on the tube. Hope to see some of you there!

As for people moaning about a 6am or 7am start, you're all wimps. I've been getting up at 6am to get to work every day for the last three weeks, including Saturday!

 

Been getting up that early on weekdays for years, but it is a SUNDAY after all!!!!

 

Is that location an time correct? I may see if I can make it. It's 3am now so that may be wishful thinking. But I can give it a shot. If I'm there my shirt will have the SW logo on the front an the Ep IV opening crawl on the back.

 

Yes it is and nowit's 5 am and I am just getting ready to go myself!

Really nice meeting everyone, new and old faces. The show was quite busy too, and the Westminister film students added a really nice element to it too. A few of us (not me though) were interviewed, so watch this space

Such a bummer. Thank you to Drew for sacrificing part of his day to escort me back to central london and nurse me back to health I have taken today off work to try and get some R&R.

I had a great time yesterday, lovely to meet everyone, especially some of the non-FanForce friends, who I've known for years. The event itself wasn't particularly good but I no longer do these shows for that reason; I take them as an opportunity to catch up with friends and have a good time.

 

Nice to meet you guys. If you're looking for numbers to hit the pub or something let me know. I'm always up for meeting new people.

 

Was good to meet you also Drew, look forward to buying you a drink at the next event.

It was better than the last one, though that wouldn't have been a difficult task at all.

Frankly, I was embarrassed to be at the last one, given the amount of stalls, the calibre of guests, and members of the public who made Comic Book Guy from the Simpsons look like Brad Pitt/Johhny Depp.

 

Me and Koren had a good time but were a little disappointed by the lack of people there and the fact that they started packing up at about half two. Nice to see everyone though. Ell, nice to finally meet you
