I always look at that guy when I watch TESB, as he runs through the halls carrying his most precious possesion. You would have though he's have a suitcase full of credits or a treasured family heirloom, but instead he just grabs his hallowed kitchen appliance and runs for the hills.
I've always thought what he must be thinking. SOmething like.

"Those damn Imperials ain't getting this!"

"They think this is an ice cream maker, well they're wrong, it makes bread!"

 

Yeah me too, it is one of those funny quirky things that makes the whole Saga what it is...

LOL, last post was funny as hell.

I first registered him in the Insider magazine all about TESB. I've made a point of pointing him out ever since. Watching the people fleeing Cloud City with me is a bit like a guided tour.

"And there goes the guy with the ice cream maker.."
"Watch this-best shot in the trilogy-stormtrooper shoots, misses, ZAT! Chewie nails him right in the chest!"

 

I will be sourly disappointed if Ice Cream Maker Guy doesn't have a cameo in Episdoe III.

 

I think (if Georgie Boy reads my script idea) we may be in luck, Ice Cream Maker Guy will be in Episode III.

this could be a sign of things to come. After Episode 3 is long gone fans will rave over every little character in Star Wars. LOL

 

I'd like to see a clonetrooper using an ice-cream maker as some sort of exotic weapon in Episode III. Might be good for a laugh.

 

The reason the whole petition drive started was a post over at the Rebelscum Forums (a Star Wars Toy Collecting Site www.rebelscum.com) about some EU bull about how Plo Koon can form ice through the Force. An ongoing joke over there was to make an ICMG figure, the two happened to coincide at the right time and voila...the petition drive for an action figure. My hope is that I brought a smile to someone's face after having seen my site
