That is funny. I expect Dino to come running up and landing on Maul's check and start licking his face.

    Great job!

Falcon, AG88, thanks for commenting. I have another one in the works, but it is very complex and will no doubt take awhile.

Did Robert E. Lee give out that creepy --like Palpatine did in ROTS-- before he ignited his saber?

    :)

    Webster's College Dictionary:

guffaw, n., v., -fawed, -fawing. -n. 1. a loud, unrestrained burst of laughter. -v. 2. to laugh loudly and boisterously.

Thanks FF, I thought guffaw might have been computer lingo, which I'm not too savy in. But now I know.

Very nice Illustrator piece. I have seen that a lot of people use Illustrator; how does that differ from Photoshop or Corel Painter?

AG88, I?ve never heard of Corel Painter-- I?m not that computer savvy. However, Photoshop and Illustrator are quite different. Photoshop is for picture manipulation and limited drawing. For drawing itself, Illustrator is the way to go. The control you have over shapes and lines is excellent, in many ways it is easier to draw with the computer, then it is with a pencil, really.

Oooo! Great image to post on Halloween! =D= I always loved this: all the petty little grousings among all the pompous officer-types, cut off in mid-complaint by Vader's invisible Force-grip... **shudders** A wonderful rendering of a chilling moment in the film!

Nice job! I am going to have to check out illustrator. It may be similar to Corel painter. Painter is geared toward artists doing their own art work, so it doesn't have the manipulation properties of PS. But it has dozens of different types of brushes. It is fantastic for painting. You can try it for free from Corel for a month.

Thanks FF, AG88, I loved this scene as a kid, I discovered a new blurring tech. in photoshop. so that helped a lot.

    Nice...or should I say, [Vader] most impressive. [/Vader] :D

Love the scene. You got a lot of great detail in there - it doesn't seem like you lost anything from the original image. I'm really impressed with the facial expressions of both Moffs and applying the blur effect to the BG was an excellent idea. Everything looks so smooth. It's a very small thing, but there's a couple of area's around the guy that's getting choked where the lines detailing the wall in back don't flow as nicely into the blurred effect as the rest of the wall.

Wow, that's beautiful, BIEREN! =D= You certainly captured that distinctive "Kirk stare," that's for sure! Great light here, and the b/g is perfect to set off his gold uniform. Another wonderful piece (and as for me, ST is nearly as good as SW--I hope you get a commission for Jean-Luc Picard--I'll bet that'd be just awesome!!)!
