The intelligent aren't "out bred" by the dumb; the rich are "out bred" by the poor. I know this is an Ender thread, but they're not the same thing at all. Dysgenetics is a stupid pseudoscience and especially racist in the modern context (white people have a low birth rate almost everywhere).

 

And to be fair, I think the phenomenon is not about people being outbred. It's about the path of least resistance. Look at any Guardian Australia article and you'll find the same symptoms described in that piece prevailant there, in comments which are inherently in support of the Labor party (yet, working class conservative regardless).

 

I find it troubling people are allowed to breed as much as they want without meeting various requirements. I need a license to drive a car. Deciding to have a child seems like a slightly bigger ordeal.

 

Saying this should disqualify people from obtaining a breeding license.

I find it very strange you would think you can assume what's in my mind. Why do you come off as so defensive about this? I was simply being honest. I think it's child abuse to knowingly bring a child into the world that you cannot financially or emotionally care for.
