Why is Plasma so huge?

She's certainly tall enough to be the tall storm trooper of legend. I'm ok with her being really tall I guess. Cool character.

 

No but I do have something against inaccurate toy sizes... unless Kylo Ren is a hobbit.

 

Unless they're using forced perspective to make Christie seem taller than she actually is, because that figure positively dwarfs that of both Kylo Ren and the stormtroopers.

 

Ya, that height variation seems weird. JAKKS is little weird when it comes to height proportions. But the made Chewbacca taller by a bit as well.

 

Will there be a Kylo Ren mask I can get? I want to go in costume to TFA lol

 

you should choose a different costume. I guess 9000 people go there as Kylo Ren.

 

Man, yeah, that proportion does seem a little bit exaggerated. But then again...

I believe that he is asking in reference to the toys.

 

It's the way he's packaged. In the other pics you can see its more similar to the "skirt" Vader wore.

 

This explains her size if she's a solo.

 

And yet even with those fancy white weapons....they still weren't able to hit anything

 

I'm concerned. I feel like buying toys. I'm 27 years old... what do I need with a bunch of toys? I need help.

 

well that's one reason I'm not buying anything even if I feel tempted as what am I supposed to do with a bunch of toys play with them highly doubtful, put them as a museum exhibit eh don't see the point nor worth considering the potential huge expense.

 

I kinda hope that Kylo mask with the voice stuff has those pre-recorded lines just so we can get SOME dialogue. Sure it most likely will be generic stuff, not by Driver, but sadly it'll be the closest we get to more dialogue till they release another trailer (assuming that trailer even has dialogue other than "There has been an awakening bla bla bla" or reuse of Original trilogy dialogue)

 

I'll likely just buy a few things that I will actually use. A figure or two for my office (my employees already think I'm and oddball so what's the difference) a BB-8 plushie (don't judge...I like lots of pillows) and a t-shirt, maybe.

And Speed of Light nail polish! ;-)

 

One will be, "You are no longer my father, Han Solo, and now you will die." JJ will spend the next three months crying himself to sleep.

 

It will have the dialogue from the Lego commercial so you can walk around saying, "Watch out! It's Kylo-Ren".

 

Dammit, now I just want to make a thread where we make up dialogue for these characters But I don't think the Mods would allow it....right? Cause I already have lots of crazy ideas

 

I'm disappointed that Disney has decided to not place much emphasis on the Lucasfilm logo in merchandise. It's a very recognizable logo, and a lot of Pixar and Marvel merchandise includes their respective logos. I know it's a probably a minor gripe that many of you may find silly, but, just sharing my two cents on the subject.


I've been checking my local Targets and Walmarts on a daily basis for the past week, but thus far I haven't found anything. One of the Targets has already purged previous SW merchandise (with the exception of Lego sets, of course), the other Targets and Walmarts still have their small, sad looking corner with a few odds and ends of Hot Wheels, Black Series, and some other random stuff.

Soon though, soon.

 

Same here. I'm gona end up going to one of the Force Friday openings, but not to actually buy a whole bunch of stuff, maybe a thing or two that catches my eye assuming I can get my hands on it. Mainly I just want to see for myself what the melee is all about.
