In that case it needs to be modifed MORE

    its still reckognizeable

On second thought, if this is after ep.3 aduring the purge you better COMPLETELY redo it or the Empire will apprehend you without a second thought...

I'm using Carrara 1.1. Tommorrow I'll post updates.

And look the "Hutt" Scyk class fighter look just like an inverted ep3 starfighter

    Hmm.

Model that for your "modified" Jedi Starfighter and you should be fine.

A little off topic, but you know how people have pointed out how the side wings resemble tie fighter panels?
Well has anyone else notice that the jedi starfighters in episode 3 look a lot like Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator?

Thats a good point, and also the EP2 star fighters were designed like the Imperial Stardestroyers.

Back on Topic, I stated the model again Last Night in my new 3DS Max 7.

    Looks awesome, man!

I think that with some practice you could be a very very good modeler.

Well if you want to devote your 3d career to Carrara 1 I'd advise The Bible . The 3DS Max one is really good and my dad uses the Dreamweaver one and he likes it. By the way if you find you want to move up to something better I'd advise Carrara 4 or if you are feeling bold and can save enough money Cinema 4D Because they are ALOT cheaper than MAX, LW and MAYA. My mate just got into 3D modelling cause we had a 6th former come in and give us a demonstration about maya, So he Carrara 4 for his B-Day.

EDIT:Soz Amazon Link doesn't work, you can copy and paste it or just search for "CArrara 1 Bible" at amazon. :)
