First line of the movie (any character): "Here's where the fun begins...."

 

"Now this is flying!" - Solo's daughter after she takes control of the Falcon by herself for the first time.

 

What's with everyone saying Han and Leia should reverse the "I know" thing? They already did in ROTJ

 

Said about Han: "Where did you dig up that old fossil?"

As for the reprise of I love you/I know...I think it's fresh if the exchange happens between either Han or Leia on the one hand, and a Solo kid on the other hand.

 

"As you wish, my lord."

"I'm getting too old for this."

"May the force be with you, always."

 

I hope someone says this. It's a fairly understated line compared to "I have a bad feeling about this" or some of the other more famous replayed lines over the course of the Saga. I know it was Han who said it initially (right?) and then Anakin in ROTS, but other than that it hasn't been used much. Having Daisy or Gleeson say it would be fun. Especially Daisy because (assuming she's a Solo girl) then she'll be descended from both men who said it.

I wonder if we might see some gestural call-backs, too. Like the "my helmet radio isn't working" sign from ANH when they're first sneaking out of the Falcon, Han's casual finger-twirling to distract Greedo, or Leia's quick kiss to Luke just before the jump.

 

Any of the new cast @ Han with the Falcon:
"Wait...That rust pile still flies?"

 

"You have allowed this dark lord to twist your mind!"

Luke: Very little; my master mentioned one involving my father.
Von Sydow: Ah yes, of course. The "Chosen One" prophecy.
Luke: You knew my father?
Von Sydow: Look at me (chuckling). I've been around awhile!

Solo Daughter talking to Skywalker son. Solo daughter is in awe of what she just witnessed.

Solo: I can't believe what Uncle Luke just did!
Skywalker: Really? He's been saving the galaxy and doing that kind of thing since before we were born....
Solo: I know, but a Star Destroyer! One person! I've never heard of-
(interruption)
Bob: Oh please, I was doing that before it was mainstream.

 

In terms of repeating/echoing earlier lines: Not sure exactly what the line might be, but something to do with being a "master" vs a "learner" might fit in with Luke. Or maybe something like Yoda's "you must unlearn what you have learned" because I think maybe Luke might discover (like Yoda did in the recent TCW Yoda arc) that as old(er) and wise(r) as you may be, there's always more to learn about the nature of the Force. Maybe an allusion to Qui-Gon's "...and he still has much to learn about the living Force."

Some of Qui-Gon's other lines could be applied to a variety of situations, as in, "I shall do what I must." Or Obi-Wan's ANH advice to Luke "You must do what you feel is right, of course."

 

Lol. Bob will become one of the most beloved meme of this generation, I can feel it...

Han to Daisy's character: "Don't get sassy with me Missy!"
