Makes sense. One of the scenes for that location that was posted back in March said that a character looked out by the coast at the skyline or something.

Hundreds of gallons of water were trucked to the set yesterday to create rain for a scene in the movie. It seems that there will be a raining scene at night.

Also, the Ireland shoots are going to continue throughout the week. The cast and crew(including Adam Driver) are being flown straight from this set, to West Cork, and then to Kerry where this set was built:

They will be filming for a total of 10 days.

You told me I should go, so I convinced my boss that I really needed a little vacation. :D

By the way as a small side information about the Ireland filming, they planned to film here already last year in October, but faced some logistical problems with bringing all the stuff here. In December they booked out then all B&B's.

I wonder if this will be another flashback and we'll get the KOR in rain scene from TFA explained.

I also just realized that every middle film of the trilogies has rain scenes. AOTC on Kamino, TESB on Dagobah and now VIII probably on Ahch-To. Hopefully the fandom will not see that as another rehash. :p

Looks like this might be the ship that dropped Rey off on Jakku!

I just checked the left filming location in Malin Head and most of the stuff is already taken away. Here are some recent (now allowed pics) with some description what I saw yesterday at which place on the set. Hope this helps you. ;)

Ah and I forgot where the white marker is on the right side up at the small hill, there was also something filmed earlier during the day and I think is was some talking, but this time they were standing.

Yeyyy!! Our very own @nightangel doing it again!!

That is quite a wide space, could it be the KoR ground?

It could be, but I would guess it would be Kylo. Adam was on set this weekend since we saw him get there on Friday although it doesn't look like he was there yesterday since only Mark and Daisy were seen by fans. The night before there was lots of effects and such so I'd say that was Kylo coming with perhaps some KoR or stormtroopers.

He's in Cannes right now promoting 'Paterson', so maybe he wasn't involved at all yesterday and flew over?

My guess is that his part was the fight part on Friday/Saturday, especially with that info. Makes sense.
