I can print some out. How many did you want and by when, cyodarun? Did anybody else want to swing by and pick some up? I can print them in color on a thicker card stock than regular paper.

 

I can swing by on the way from work JT, the sooner the better....maybe 100?, but only if that is OK with work. I printed 50 and sent them with a few friends this evening, so we should be blanketing the Golden/Lakewood college types

Hopefully everyone can print a few copies or use email/fb for the rest?

Any other thoughts on that?

I was just about to pre-order tickets actually. I'm a huge fan, despite Episode I being one of my least favorite of the series.

 

Sam, head of special events for Denver Comic Con, will be there to hand out flyers about the con and answer questions on it, if that's still ok.

I will see scheduling wise if I can get there Friday.

 

Michael, I am sure that will be fine, I will double-check with Brad, just to make sure.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BEING THERE FRIDAY PLEASE READ THIS.

The manager of the theater has graciously offered people who volunteering a free ticket AND a saved seat. These tickets are $17 per show. So to honor the theater, we need to send him a list of the volunteers ahead of time, this enables the theater to block off the needed space and not 'sell-out' the show.

I will be sending him this list on Thursday night. That being said if you would like to see the show, please tell us which show you would like to see. Let's honor the theater by having this done by 5 PM on Thursday. I go through the post here and on Facebook & post the ones that i am able to see Thursday afternoon. IF you are not included, please post on HERE by 5 PM on Thursday.

 

I will be there right after work, I get off at 5pm and will be in sandy attire. dh is hitching a ride w/ someone and hoping to be in costume by 5pm. Due to Jango needing to change to sit we may need 10pm tickets but are not sure we are going to be staying.... I will update as soon as possible.

 

My participation in this event is now up in the air since I fell.

I'll be doing the 7 pm show as I have an early morning saturday. I won't be trooping so I'll buy my ticket ahead of time - but will they still block off seats for non-trooping RMFF members at each show?

 

I would say no. the point of saving seats for people trooping is due to the fact they will be 'entertainment' up to almost start time. They won't be able to stand in line.
