Is the left-most screen showing a scene from the N64 Star Wars: Racer game? Looks a little like a Pod to me...if not, where does the game shot appear (I heard that it does appear on one of the screens in the nightclub)?

 

I think it is a pod, but don't know if it's from the N64 game because I don't get to play console games. But most likely that's the one..

 

Well, that is some kind of Podracer Computer Game. Lucas & ILM probably did that (add in the game) on purpose. Those guys at ILM are always up to mischief.

Anyone remembered reading somewhere that one of the pioneer ILM people add in a miniture Playboy Poster in one of the "room" in Princess Leia's ship(? IV)? Pity we can't see it in the movie!

 

I don't play console games much either; I don't even own a console. The Racer game I have is the Gameboy Color version (cost me around $70), which doesn't have very good graphics, compared to the N64...

Does anyone know if any other Star Wars Gameboy Color games are sold in Singapore, and where? The only one I know is a shop in Tiong Bahru Plaza (?) selling Obi-Wan's Adventures at $70+...last year.

 

the game u are refering to is star wars:racer... it was released ard the time TPM came out, and it was available on multiple platforms, ie, pc,n64,ps...

for those still clueless, the game is sitting in the arcade at cineleisure...3 tokens per game, anyone for a challenge?

 

My bro beat me to the game last year at Junction 8 just because he choose the shorter route and had played it before at our neighhbour's house.

 

I saw a couple of the Racer arcade games at West Mall Ezone too.

Star Wars: Episode III: George Lucas spoke with "E! News Daily" where he was asked the question of why C-3PO doesn't recognise as Vader? Lucas's answer was exactly what many fans were guessing but at least now its confirmed: "Well, one, his brains have, his memory system has been erased and so has R2's. If she's still alive, I don't know how she might appear and interact with the other characters, but she could come back as a spirit, but that's quite unlikely as she's not a Jedi..but who knows?
