An ex-Jedi on the run. The dumb kid with the smart droid. The ubiquitous Corellian pilot, complete with souped-up spaceship and walking carpet companion. Sound familiar? Think again.

At 07:34:15 local time, a Drewwa identification satellite stationed on the outskirts of the Almania system did a routine scan of a new arrival?s transponder code. The routine scan failed to turn up a transponder code, so, per programming, the satellite intelligence sent a direct query to the ship?s communication system asking for identification. There was no answer. Fifteen minutes from initial contact, the unidentified ship had passed out of comm range for the satellite ? so the satellite accessed another subroutine in it?s programming, sending a flagged sensor package via the usual channels to the Drewwa government.

The satellite?s weak intelligence doesn?t find anything strange about the sensor package correlating to that of an Imperial II-class Star Destroyer.

Other, more suspicious intelligences do. By 07:52:43, every corporate satellite around Drewwa had noted the appearance of an unidentified ImpStar Deuce. Some of the better class of AIs were busy tracking it?s in-system course ? all of them had sent the sensor package intercepted from the original satellite down the well to their various corporate headquarters. Inside the offices of a hundred different corporate entities, shift change was being delayed as the gamma and alpha shifts studied the profile and began calculating the various probabilities of the identity of the ship, usually by cross-referencing Talon Karrde?s list of military stations and independent warlords.

Unsurprisingly, Tendrando Arms solved the mystery first, primarily by comparing the current sensor package to a sensor profile taken off the Millenium Falcon four years earlier at the repair yards of Gyndine. Together, the heads of the alpha and and gamma shifts took their subordinate?s combined conclusion to the regional head of Tendrando Arms. Said man took a moment to think about the implications, then called the office of Drewwa?s head of government ? but not before sending a message to Lando Calrissian, informing him that the GAG command ship Anakin Solo was in the Almania system and projected to begin orbiting Drewwa in less than two hours.

At 08:25:07, the prime minister of Drewwa typed a code red into the computer in charge of parliament scheduling, which accordingly sent an urgent message to the home of each parliament member notifying them of a mandatory emergency meeting, simultaneously sending guarded cars to their homes. By the time Parliament was assembled at 08:53:47, the navigation satellites set up by the port authority noted the presence of the unidentified Star Destroyer at the outermost fringes of the sensor area. The head of port security, an ex-Rebel who?d retired after the first Thrawn campaign, immediately put the spaceport on high alert, sending every astromech droid in the spaceport crazy. By 09:07:33, a clever, illegally modified R2-series droid managed to slice spaceport communications and send a city-wide broadcast.

By 9:09:42, another R2-series astromech droid known by the designation ?Shaker? took notice of the broadcast and began utilizing all the experience it had gained over the last half-decade of uninterrupted memory-life to slice into various government and corporate computers. At 9:34:03, Drewwa?s Parliament waited nervously for contact with the Star Destroyer assumed to be the Anakin Solo. Shaker, on the other hand, trundled out of a pleasant residential apartment and went three blocks down the street to a public access panel, where he spent the next half-hour slicing into the bank accounts of his owner?s foster parents and creating a pathway the droid could access at any time.
