    Apperently Fox isn't very happy about another sequel either, so they're limiting Lucas' budget to $8,250,000. Compare that to the ROTS budget of ROTS: $113,000,000. Now we know why there will be a supposed lack of CGI, and go to live action people in costumes and puppets...

    Dang! You can't get much for that. Lucas will have to go with hiring unknowns, using rotoscope-and-hand-painting effects, and building models of sets.

    Either that, or he'll have to start his own film company and fund most of the thing himself.
