Buff, NY Episode VII - Speculaion (potential spoilers)

Anyone see the "leaked" photos of the new bad guy holding Vader's damaged helmet? I'm still trying to figure out what is real and what is speculation.

 

It's so difficult with all the speculation. I have been reading things, but taking with a HUGE grain of salt. It's kind of like a car accident...you can't help but watch.

 

Filming has started again with Han Solo now off the IR list....................................NICE!!

 

What does everyone think about the title announced yesterday?

 

Ehhhhh kinda lame.....it might make more sense once see the movie and the storyline is revealed. I mean wasn't balance supposedly brought to the force at the end of return of the jedi?

 

Could have something to do with Luke having restarted the Jedi Order after RotJ?

 

Yeah that or with leia and who ever they have luke marry spitting out some force sensitive kids LOL

So, Liz made a very valid point to me yesterday, in regards to the title, after I said that it was pretty cheesy. Well, really, it was a question with all the point included in it. She said to me "A New Hope"?
Point taken.

 

I may be way off, but I think John Boyega's character is going to be with the son or grandson of the Star Wars Rebel character that was in the academy when Ezra was infiltrating it. Just a guess, because they said they were trying to tie the new series in with the movie.

Trailer seemed great. I was excited to see the X-Wings too!!!

 

The Millennium Falcon never looked better!

 

The ships looked amazing .......great to see the x-wings and falcon....the new light saber didn't impress me and the lil droid on the soccer ball is showing the Disney side coming through

 

For all we know, the droid could only be in the movie momentarily.

 

The rolling Droid was an original Ralph McQuarrie design. I think the technology finally caught up so they could do it.

 

Well maybe that will be this movies ewoks.. or jar jar? always need to have something for the kids

How come no one is talking about the broadsword saber? I think it looks pretty amazing, wondering about its effectiveness though.

Oh we have been talking about that but on other threads. and in case you missed it I am not a fan at all about the new saber, and that's putting it mildly
