How come when I post this link, it doesn't work?

Is it because the URL is lengthy?

 

The URL is way too long for it to work correctly.

 

There's a cap on how long a link can be. If you need to post a link that long try something like tinyurl.

 

If you get rid of some of the extra crap in the URL, it will work: Crossing the Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil.
