ESB Meets For The First Time

Well, we did it! We had our first unofficial meeting today and it went well. Our new name was voted on and it's ENTERPRISE STRIKES BACK. We also elected our officers.

President: Joe Haffner {Sage_Halcyon}
Vice President: Mark McKinnon {Blaise_Marik}
Secretary: James Blaine {Gokuku}
Treasurer: Mike Govoruhk {Psychokillermike}
Registrar: Nick Blaine {LordKimiera4775}
Sgt. at Arms: Mike Dooley {DarthDooley}

We also voted to make the President our Chapter Rep. unless the President decides to delegate the position to someone else. At this time, I accept the position of Chapter Rep.

At this time, we need three OFFICIAL meetings to become recognized by TFN. Wish us luck!

Yeah sage, gokuku, and myself will write up some bylaws and a creed. These will be voted at the next meeting.

Hey!! I'm Secretary!! The first meeting was great!! We had tons of fun and came up with alot of thing to vote on next meeting!! EL PRESIDENTA ROCKS!!!!!! I'm out of school all next week so maybe we can have our second meeting then!!!

AH! Finally, a fellow fan club in our great state. Welcome to the fan club scene, Enterprise! I'd like to offer greetings from the other fine Star Wars fan club in Alabama, the Alabama Star Wars Syndicate.

By the way, anybody have a tally on ALL the clubs active in Alabama? 501ST, Rebel Legion, SWS, Dented Helmet, R2 Builders, and now ESB.... there are tons of national clubs that have members in Alabama, but for physicality I'd love to know our local resources.

It's always exciting to meet other Star Wars fans, I hope I get to meet you guys one of these days. May the Force be with you!
