Ok, according toi the shot by shot thingy, we get this quote:

Sio Bibble(?) dialogue "There hasn't been a full-scale war since the formation of the republic."

Yet this is in direct contradiction of much of the EU, Be it the Sith War, the Great Hyperspace War, Arkanian Uprising, the Aqualish War, the Stark Hyperspace War, the Jedi schism and Bane's rise to power, etc...

The whole Sith backstory was bad (though the placement of Jedi vsSith inthe timine is what really screwed that up), but this is worse. I know it's Lucas's story and all that, but how are they going to rationalize this? Will they claim the Sith War was just a small rebellion and the Aqualish, Arkanians, and SHW were not full scale? Will hey say he was talking since Naboo joined? What?

    Thoughts?

Battle of naboo was a full-scale war, with naboo using all It's resources.

    Main Entry: full-scale
    Pronunciation: -"skA(&)l
    Function: adjective
    Date: 1933
1 : identical to an original in proportion and size <full-scale drawing>
    2 a : involving full use of available resources <a full-scale biography> <full-scale war> b : TOTAL, COMPLETE <a full-scale musical renaissance -- Current Biography>

Yeah,Lucas misused the term. Bibble is talking about size. The entire galaxy has never been in total war. Full scale was the wrong term to use.

The Sith history wasn't bad btw. It was perfect.

Bad in the sense of how they tried to correct it, yes it was.

if JvsS had been 50 years after the 2000 year split, then it would have flowed much better.

And there is no way that was a full scale version of the TF's capabilities.
