(might as well be considering how little he's used in the movies though...)

 

I really like HK-47, T3-M4, Jolee Bindo and Mision Vao from KotOR. I like Prince Xizor too. My EU knowledge is still limited though.

 

Wes Janson. He's my favorite. He's comical but able to take care of his responsibilities.

 

Really really like?

In post-Saga EU, it's the Sword of the Jedi. The more novels I read, the more I'm fond of Jaina.
Also, Mara Jade, Karrde and of course Thrawn - they had me the first time I read Zahn's trilogy. I didn't really like Pellaeon at first, but he's grown on me later, esp. during NJO. I was a fan of Anakin Solo back in the day, and have almost gave up on NJO after Star by star...
Jagged Fel - I've always thought him an interesting character, but I guess he became more important to me since the Legacy started and we've learned the identity of the future emperor.

In the Old Republic era, JJM has created some pretty damn good new GFFA-ers - I adore his characterization of Zayne Carrick. I also liked Bastila - her 'spoiled Jedi princess' attitude is kind of a combination of two SW archetypes, but my interest in the whole a long, really long time ago begun with the original KOTOR and TOTJ comics, especially with the tragic Nomi Sunrider and Ulic Qel-Droma.

To be fair, I haven't read much of the EU published in the last 2 years or so, plan to catch up soon.

 

Hmm, one character who I was really looking forward to reading was Dyon Stadd, I was extremely disappointed with how quickly he was killed off. Jaina has grown on me a lot in FotJ. I really didn't like her character at all in NJO/DNT/LotF but in the last series I started to enjoy reading her a lot more and was pretty excited to see her join the council. I do quite like Saba and always like reading her and I'm also a big fan of Ben lately but again like Jaina he's one I only really started to enjoy in FotJ and even then there were some moments that the way he was wrote left a lot to be desired. He seemed to work best when written by Allston for me.

Outside of the recent novels, I've always been a fan of Mara, Karrde, Thrawn, C'baoth, Pellaeon, Jorj Car'das, Ghent and just about anyone written by Zahn. Also liked Nom Anor, Viqi Shesh, Fey'lya and Ganner Rhysode.

From the games and such - Kreia is a big one for me, I loved her throughout Kotor II, also like Jolee Bindo, Vandar Tokare and HK-47.

 

Kyle Katarn, Corran and family, Booster, Wedge and family, the rest of the Rogues and Wraiths, Jaden Korr and the Sky/Solo clan.

Den Duhr, we need some good investigative journalists. He reminds me of Pepe Escobar from Asia Times.

 

I always thought Mirax and her father were underappreciated characters. For my general list, I'd have to include anyone with the surname Antilles, Face, Lara Notsil, Airen Cracken, Piggy (the Gammorrean), HK-47, G0-T0, and Revan, though I'm not aware of what they did with her(?) after KOTOR. And the obvious: Thrawn, Karrde, and Mara Jade.

 

Wes Janson. He was incredibly funny and yet expert at handling himself in many difficult situations as well as good at taking care of his responsibilities.

 

The Jedi Exile and Corran Horn are my favorites that are strictly from the EU, but I enjoy many other characters as well.

I am growing to like Quinlan Vos and Villie Grahrk. I'm in the middle of their arc in the Omnibus Quinlan Vos: Jedi in Darkness and like both characters. Vos is toeing the Jedi line and Villie is a smuggler type character the PT needed.
