Too bad we can't get the entire Mara Jade fan club to help us defend the EU. The movie purists would crumble before us!

Yeah, that would be a cool idea, if we could get them to do it. All we'd have to do is get the EU bashers to insult Mara, and they'll all leap to her defense!!!

 

Hey all, just got back from a lecture by Gen. Colin Powell. (Very cool, by the way.) Any big doings while I was gone?

 

Things started to break down into a flame war.

What did Powell say?

 

We havn't been flaming... or at least not much =(

 

If anyone thinks I'm flaming, don't be afraid to say so. I can tone things down if needed.

 

Powell's lecture was brilliant. He talked about the "American Promise" and how he got his sense of national pride and responsabilty. Quite humorous in person, very affable.

He would do great in this Squadron...

BTW: Me and Spider both attend Miami of Ohio, to clear up any future questions. We are not the same.

 

We need a Black 11 - do some recruiting, pilots!

 

An ideal candidate would be an author, but they try to avoid major debates like this.

 

My wing is full!! Yippee. Must go out and defend the EU, when not writing theses of course.
