Hey, I'm not saying that they should go all weird in the colors. Just that someone, somewhere probably has and the council probably would prefer that to dark black. :p

I always wondered why Luke chose an all black outfit. I kinda assumed he would pic up natural colored robes like Kenobi & Yoda.

IMHO I think by ROTJ he was starting to fight his own darkness. Dealing with the knowledge that Vader was his father. That his father, 'a good friend' of Obi-Wan's, killed him, leaving Luke to figure out the Force on his own. People tend to dress to reflect their mood, and by that time Luke was in a very dark place.

After defeating the Resurrected Emperor, he went back to the more traditional brown robes.

Hey Zeta. Tell us about it. I for one never get a chance to read the books so love hearing stories from them.

Luke apparently had the black outfit and wore it in the interim between TESB and RotJ. I thought there was more to it, but apparently there wasn't. I only read the novel once a few years ago, but I finally got my own copy recently.

Perhaps. I don't know how all of that stuff works around here, but I am interested.

Luke also wore the outfit in the Thrawn Trilogy and Truce at Bakura.

Not really that difficult to join. I'm relatively (Temp Boards) new myself after all.

No Addie. That's the Wes Janson Fan Club you mean. Here it's pretty straight forward. If you want to participate fully that includes joining the role playing aspect of the group. We start as initiates and move through the ranks to become masters. If role play appeals to you, you can go that route. It is NOT required to do so however. The choice is yours.

    Mitth_Fisto tag you're it. :p

That did sound more like the WJFC Addie :p

But yeah, while POSSIBLE to join without doing the RP aspect, it is encouraged. I for instance am a recently promoted Knight.

    And he's still got feathers!

Ok....that was a bit extreme, just trying to make it light.......Jedi can be seen as boring....but not us!

I was waiting to see if CPL would reply to Falcon. Didn't want to jump in there (since we've reached the point where Danny needs to ask him about the situation).
