Listen to them Padawan @Rainbow Knight Star, much as our discussion had turned to choices for combat other then lightsabers so to there are those Jedi who train to never use them. Many were called 'ambasador jedi' because their blades almost where never unsheathed. As Cighal was a healer and Tekli her Padawan/knight who is not seen weilding a weapon. Of note also are sages, librarians, pilots, gardeners, and even as far fetched as mechanics There are many Jedi that normally in times of peace and some even in times of war that do not relly on their lightsaber as anything more then a companion and a reminder. Combat is only one side of the chance cube, there are many other chanced ways
There are many options, as Mitthy has just pointed out. Please don't think that this group is only about the lightsabers and battles. It would be great to see a character that is focused on something other than battle.

Well first you find an old table nobody wants anymore, preferiably with a brim around the edge. Then you take all the loose parts, headers, and footers and pour them out. Then. . .you get the idea
