Certainly,

Lightsaber Form Zero, aka the Millennium Principle, is the notion that a Jedi should be able to determine when the need of a lightsaber is not necessary to solve the problem at hand, therefore form zero is not a form of combat. Jedi mind tricks can be a useful tool in these situations.
