The Galactic Defenders or Guardians of Light are a group of Jedi who seeked to re-establish the Order to be able to fight against the Sith.

The founder of this group was a Jedi named Booster Errant, who started this group with the goal of becoming a powerful group of Jedi to be reckoned with and to eventually become the task force against the New Sith Order.

Darth Insipid was one of the Sith who fought against them.
