General Valerian I noticed that you chose a home world that is not very well-filled-out on the wook. This is fine but is there any reason in particular that you chose it? I'm curious. Also, at this point it would be good to show it to CPL_Macja .

 

Yes, I believe it would be good to show it to CPL_Macja , that is why I tagged him, as well.

And, the only reason why I chose that planet was to be original and creative. Actually, I especifcally looked for a practically unknown planet in order to create a unique background.

So who does everyone think is the perfect example of how a Jedi should be, and why? (If you could only pick one )

 

Obi-Wan Kenobi is who first comes to mind. He strives for the Jedi ideals, is selfless, courageous, intelligent, and ends up wise. I don't know. lol

 

Yeah, Obi-Wan. Possibly Yoda, as well.

 

I would pick Bardan Jusik. But I do admit to a certain amount of bias.

Serious answer, I would back up Jay's pick of Kenobi. I know when I designed my first Jedi character (for the offsite RP) I very much had Kenobi in mind and patterned my character somewhat after him.

 

Kenobi's the ideal Jedi. Powerful, noble, wise, and not arrogant at all.

Yoda is also like this. Maybe slightly arrogant.

I'd say Mace Windu, but his arrogance and his pride are too much.

 

Interesting trend...

 

Interesting my first thought was Luke. He learns and passes on what he learns. That's why in a nutshell.

 

Especially considering Kenobi failed so spectacularly with his only apprentice. Not sure any other Jedi would have done any better with him though.

 

It's just that the movies portray Obi-Wan as such. He has committed only one mistake: training Anakin in a way in which he shouldn't have been trained. It's easy to argue that if it had been Qui-Gon the one to train him, he most likely wouldn't have fallen to the dark side.

 

I am more in the mindset that Luke is the perfect example...

 

Considering the special circumstances under which said padawan was, would anyone have prevented his fall?
