Activity: Appear in costume to entertain the people in line for Charity Screening of AOTC, help out with crowd control, distribution of colored lanyards.

Event: AOTC Midnight Show Line Party

Time: Immediately after Kempe Screening
Activity: Start the line at the Continental for the 1st Midnight showing of AOTC 5/15.

Activity: Support our charity Urban Peak, in an auction at D&B's Opening Day party, help with booth, give out flyers, have a good time, see AOTC again at AMC 24 next door.

NOTES: Anyone going to INDY for the Celebration II should have their costume photos to me beforehand, in case we miss you at the May 5th meeting. Anyone needing help with costumes, speak now so we can help you!!! Anyone going to Kempe, but NOT in costume will recieve a free tee-shirt for the event and to keep afterward. Anyone wishing to go to the D&B event, please do so however you wish...just have fun!!!!

One thing that might work in our favor for lining up for the midnight show, is that with Kempe on Sunday, the Continental would probably keep anyone else from lining up until after the Kempe people go in, just to keep it from getting confusing.

Any thoughts?

Thinking about going to Star Fest... Wannabe has presented an offer that would be hard to refuse.

Can't go to KEMPE... And I've decided not to go to the midnight showing. Instead I'l show up for the D&B event, well rested

And I've been talking to Dave about the Springs meeting. We're getting a place right now. And it looks like it may be a pot luck, so start thinking of stuff to make.

And I'm pretty sure I can show up for Tim's meeting too.

but tell me everything.......

i want to go to the kempe thing, but i dont know if i can get a rid up there (Maybe i can prusuade JGoC to go too...) and ill try to get a picture to you soon, tim (And before you gripe at me JGoC, i know......)
maybe ill hitch a ride up with JGoC (Geeze i need to find more friends that can drive..) and do the D&B thing (ANy openings for a royal guard?)
