It's been 2 weeks and a day now since I started, or should I say stopped smoking (regularly ). I admit I faulterd during the last weekend. I shared a pack with my roomate.

Bad Dave, BAD!

But I went back on track w/in 12 hours. I went hiking on Monday (by myself all you wusies ) and I noticed a BIG difference in my breathing and stamina. I'm going back to a once a week hike and hopfully by the end of winter, I might be able to do Camelback both sides with single break on the top. That's the goal anyway!

I feel off the wagon this weekend

I smoke a couple...oh! I feel so bad...but I had no cash and buy another box of patches... Must go to bank today!!! Need cash to snuff habit. The 21mg were too much, I need to buy the 14's and stick with those for a while...but they're like $50...youch!

I am going to the bank today at lunch...darn it!
