Phx Everyone digs non-smokers (Gender Neutral)

Ok so I had to add it up. I guess it's been almost two weeks now. approx. I think it's been 11 days. Good thing too cause I would have froze my tail off last night having to go outside for a smoke at the Two Towers event. It was COLD!

So at $4/day that's how many Star Wars Toys? :\
To bad the patches are so expensive. But they are still cheaper then the smokies.

Plus, before when I needed cancer sticks? I would pull $20 and buy one or two pack(s). Oh look! I have cash. I'm eating out tonight!

Sad isn't it. Money just turns into a vile INFERNO in my pocket.

I have still been smoking but just when I drink. Usually.

I am definitely trying to quit again at the end of the year. Although I havent had a cigarette in 3 days.

Whew! That was a close one this morning! I almost crumbled. I forgot my patch and by 7:00a (I was up at 4:45a btw) I was all pissy, whinny, and gouchy.

But I fought it and used my breakfast to drive the 20 min. home to get that patch vs the 5 min run to the Cheveron for smokes. I have to pat myself on the back for that one. I was seriously considering getting some smokes to tide me over. I hate feeling like a grumpy person.

Thanks everyone. There happened to be a few days now where I forgot my 2nd step patch and it really didn't phase me. Any cravings I had only lasted a couple seconds and I just brushed it off.

Hey! how long has that star been there?

So it's been about 5 weeks since I re-re-retried to quit. Wow 35 days! Only difference is that this time, It's working! I admit there have been a couple slips along the way. But overall, I think I've only had a few in all that time.

I'm so glad I did too. I can breath in the mornings, I can go hiking w/out breaking to much of a sweat, AND... I don't reak (sp? reek, reke, oh heck, stink) of cigarettes.

If I avg $3.50/pack than I've probably saved over $120 in that time. Yay for me!

Oh yeah, and the "chick" I care most about digs me!

 

Its been 3 weeks now for me. Thankfully I havent slipped once.

 

4 weeks today without any slips.

 

*gives -Master- a big hug since he doesn't smell smoky*
