[face_shocked] Wow! That's a lot of reading I need to catch up on.

 

I didn't realize there were so many....I've still read most of them, however!~

 

Yeah thats what I said its going to take a lot longer then I thought. So well, this is what I was thinking we will go down the list (one book at a time)and all vote on what books we should read next.

1st Book up for discution the Jedi Apprentice book sieres . I, for one, love this sieres ( I loved them so much I have been making a fan film based on them) but to be honest I think the only two book we should read are the first two they were the best, because it takes Young_Kenobi two books to become Qui_gons Apprentice.
Its a very very cool story how it all happens and it gives us a good insight in to growing up in side the Jedi tempel.

So my vote is not to skip this sieres but just read the first two books. They are made for a younger age group so they really shouldint take longer then, like, two weeks to someone who is used to reading full on Novels.

SO just the first two and who knows...you mite gewt hooked.

 

yeah, if we vote each time we start a new book we can choose what we want.

The Jedi Apprentice are the best! I loved them. Even though I have only read a few, they're still great!

 

having read the first in that series, I concur w/ Ani....sounds good (and on a personal note...can we PLEASE skip Courtship of Princess Leia. I think that is the worst SW book out there....with maybe the only exception being splinter of the minds eye...)

And I know we are going in order....however, I was just getting that out in the open (its the touretts.... )

 

if we are going to explore the expanded univurse we have to take the good with the bad. everyone will heve a diforent opinion about each book, thats the point of a book club

 

All right, but get ready to hear MAJOR bitching on my part!

 

Ok so, so far the Books to read for the mounth of April are the first two Jedi Apprentces books? Is that cool? Yeah we should take the good with the bad but if someone has read the book that is up for discution then they ahould put there in put on it and we all vote for it because this is going to take a long time to get through all of these.

Then again the was the origanel idea to read all of them, but if we are going to do that then we are all going to need to read all of the Jedi Apprentice books and like 6 bucks a pop. so that kinda y I think we should vote on each book one at a time when we come to it on the list.

Yeah you can barrow it. just keep in mind it has a bonch of highlighter marks through the book because I was making lins that I was thinking about using in my movie.

Ok you go it! O and a new book was just relised last week it takes place beetween Cortship of Leia and the The Thrawn Trilogy
so put that on your lists.

 

What is it?

 

I can't wait to read it.....yes it is a romance.... it takes place directly after courtship....during Han and Leia's honeymoon....they find some sorta Alderaan
artifact and we learn a bunch about Leia's past.... sounds very cool!
