I wonder what Ezra's new light saber is going to look like? I'm curious to see if he'll try and re-create the cross-guard saber he found on Malachor.

 

He most likely will use a traditional blade this time around

 

Do you guys think Ezra is going to survive this series?? Would it be a bad thing if Ezra is killed off?

 

Disney won't Filoni kill off Ezra. I'm guessing his fate will be ambiguous.

Now that he has a Sith holocron, what kind of knowledge does he want? Kill Maul?

 

Vader and the Empire are probably still his priority. At least until Maul somehow becomes a greater threat to his friends.

 

They should have the balls to do it eventually.

 

They won't.

 

I think that we'll see more of his own personal dark side in S3. He won't necessarily go full-on dark, but a more ruthless streak would be interesting to see if done well. And now, he has reason to hate Vader even more than he did already, and hate Maul as well.

 

He'll design the Starkiller weapon on the basis of the Sith Holocron, adopting Maul's ruthless plan to destroy the Empire and the Sith. Then, his designs will be obtained by Snoke and given to the First Order, who will use it to destroy the new Republic and the last Jedi (almost the same plan as Maul's). That's Ezra's legacy.

And that's my prediction.

 

Luke v Ezra is post-RoTJ show.

 

I saw a rumor that said it would be similar to Obi-wan's in ANH and Luke's in RoTJ.

 

Which extremely disappoints me.

 

Probably for the best, he barely used the blaster function on gunsaber.

 

I thought Kanan did so pretty well in his duel with the Grand Inquisitor. Was it much less used in Season 2?

 

How could we conceive force wielders as ahsoka, Kanan, Ezra, inquistors as alive during the OT? Kids show or not, if it's canon they must kill them all...

 

Because there are numerous way to explain it.

 

Inquisitor's aren't really a problem - they're not Sith so Rule of Two doesn't cover them, they're not Jedi so Yoda's "When gone am I, the last of the Jedi will you be" doesn't apply either.

 

Ezra and Kanan along with the rest of the gang could be hanging around or leading a rebel group which didn't ally themselves with the Alliance to Restore the Republic until after Yavin, or even Hoth. The alliance was pretty big by Endor, even if it was puny compared to the empire. It's big enough so that two force wielders among the ranks might not encounter each other, hence why we dont see them in the OT or why Luke doesn't know them. Leia would, but that doesn't mean she knew they were participating. Ezra could be a member, though I think Kanan received his death warrant after he was knighted on Lothal. Yoda recognized him as a jedi then, and we all know what Yoda told Luke when he died.

 

I don't think we have to worry about Yoda's words being made less meaningful, I'm certain that the writers are fully aware that Kanan and Ezra will need to be taken care of at some point. How they go about doing it is the question.

 

They just forget to renew their annual membership. Job done, no more Jedi in the club.

 

Well they don't get their free ice cream now so someone's going to be disappointed.
