Funny how the face graphic on the happy meal looks a lot like a face.

 

I knew it would be Juliet prior to going back a page to check.

The eyes are where you'd normally expect to see the windscreen, and a mouth has replaced the grill. See the Pixar films Cars and Cars 2 for more information. Lots of good examples in those two films.
