When I wrote "Calgary Fan Force" I did not mean to exclude our friends to the north in the Edmonton Fan Force, who are of course invited as well!

 

Great you got it on the boards finally! As we told you at New years...We are so there!counting the days. Hope Vikki is feeling better!

 

Well it's getting to be close to the time of The Event so I suppose I need a solid number of those attending, just so I know how much food and soda to buy. So If you are for sure attending, please post here. I sent out PMs to a few of you already, but feel free to post anyway!

I'm about 90% sure I can make it. I believe I might be kid-free this weekend as well (which doesn't happen very often!).

 

I've got a plyoff game that day but should be able to make it around 5 or so I hope.

Okay, here is the big Pre-Party Post!

Vki and I have bought all the Burgers (both real and vegi)and Hot dogs and condiments, as well as some chips and soda. If you want to bring steak or something for yourself, we can cook it, but just so you know there will be plenty of meaty goodness for all.

I can't remember if anyone had any kids they were planning on bringing, but just in case there are, I set up the spare bedroom with dvd, and xbox for the little-uns.

The basement is mostly finished, or as finished as its going to need to be for this event anyway, so there will be movies and food and visitiing and FUN FOR ALL! I command it!

Something I just thought of, the townhouse is a little tricky to find!

You have to walk through the "parking lot" to the Townhouses overlooking the ridge, in other words, we are not streetside!

We were planning on being there tonight, but I found out last night that I have strep throat. Bleh. I need to just stay home and rest.

As much as I'd loved to have been there, I don't think y'all want my germs.
