Jack, FL fanfilm test sequence posted

Hey guys,
While I was at Luis' house going over stuff for the film with Chris and Melissa, my nephews volunteereed to do a short test for me to see what I can make it look like. Well, the results are great, with only a few things to improve on. I need to add contact flashes and pulsing of the lightsabers, but what I have now is up and running on myspace. It took me since we filmed it in May to get it done, between work, my pregnant wife, and my 17 month old lol

Let me know what you think. The shots I made on this one will be worked on and improved as far as positioning and all for the "real" film. I think it'll really grab their attention at The Force.Net...why you say? Well, I am glad you asked lol...because we are going to make it better and a bit more "edge of your seat" fighting than Ryan vs. Dorkman...hopefully lol
I also hope this will kind of get some others to join in and make this not only a great personal project and accomplishment for me, but to get FCJK on film for The Force.Net
Remember, everyone involved in the film gets a copy of the dvd to show friends and family to show off lol
Chris, get ready cause I am going to need to film you and Luis' battle real soon.

there r not that hard and easy to learn. and believe me It looks better than before.

 

Don't worry Chris...the steps are not changed for you. That was just their little thing. We are going to have to go abit harder at it though in some areas, but that'll be brought up when we go through it.

Well, it usually is on a Sunday since that seems to work out, cause my work schedule is so messed up and have to work every Saturday, but I have to work this Sunday. We go to Luis' house since the location is about a mile from his house. I will definitely let everyone know here with enough notice. Luis' fight with Chris will be shot one day cause that one will be the longest to film. Not saying everyone elses will be real short, but it'll all work out. I started making a planet in photoshop for the opening sequence of the movie too. Here is the first planet I created...

Of course I can change the way the light hits the planet and all so I can pretty much have the planet anywhere on screen. I can also place the two together and make one smaller like a moon. I am going to try to put rings around one of them, but that's a whole different process.
