ON FanForce Durham - ***1st Event***

Ok I have called in some favors and such and am organizing the first official event for FanForce Durham...hopefully.

Here is the plan.

Saturday, May 3rd, 2003 5:00 PM
We meet at the AMC district in Whitby for dinner (resturaunt to be decided). We can discuss the plans for the group. Then we make our way over to the BIG theatre for a screening of Xmen 2: Xmen United.

Thank you Mike. I have been hoping things would work out but nothing has thus far. So I decided that it likely would be best to set a date and let the club build around some form of structure rather then trying to let it fall together. Hopefully I am right. :S

I am still very shocked and surprised that an area with a few hundred thousand people can't muster just one more person to help start a durham chapter...is there no one else on these boards from Durham????

Hey guys welcome my best bro Pepper. He is a fellow friend from Durham who enjoys Star Wars and I invited him to join up.

So by my count thats three... meaning that we can start putting that together...and luckily I have another frined coming...so I am really happy we are getting things together...anyone else want to come out for this?

It's nice to see a Fan Force Chapter so close to my area. If I ever get the time at least I know there might be a Fan Force I can actually take part in. I hope it works out for you.
