And about the white shirts, the general population of TLL was and IS unaware that YJN has white shirts. When did you get white shirts? I've only seen gray!

 

The P.A./ Karioki [spl] machine is here and working well.

Rolls are being ordered in the morning and we will also have chips for sale.

The WP pins are here and ready.

What is needed?

Recycle bins, extention cords, pop, helpers.

Please let us know if you are able to help out or if you are bringing someone who can. The final list will go up later this week.

 

I have a gabage bin that can be used for recycleing (it's bigger than I recycle box).

Edit: we have one extention cord.

No, no idea. we have to re-think the playing schedule since we are short one team. Knowing how these parties usually go, we will still be there early evening, but I can't really say. Why??

Looks like everything is covered. Giant Tiger gave us a $25.00 gift cert. so we have enough gift cards to cover the supllies we need.

Giant Tiger : 12 8packs of juice boxes. (apple, fruit punch, grape, 5 Citrus) 96 in total


Commisso's : Planet Lunch Chip selections 15 bags per sack. 4 sacks. 60 total. (doritoes, chips, etc.)

Zehrs : 11 12packs of PC pop. (would have gone Pepsi/Coke, but they were double the price.) Selection: Root Beer, Iced Tea, MountMania, Spritz Up, Orange, Gingerale, 2 Cola(coke-ish), New Wave (pepsi-ish), Diet Cola, and new wave diet. total 132 cans.

Can anyone bring CHEESE for the burgers?

150 burgers... figure 1/2 with cheese.

Just got home, and i'd like to put out a big thanks to YJN for hosting the event and an even bigger thanks to those who helped to organize and run it.

It was a great day and i had a whole lot of fun as i'm sure most people did

 

it WAS great fun... my whole family is now exhausted... well... except for Kiara (the baby)... she cheated and took naps...

This was well organized and fantastic... can't wait for next year...

 

Had alot of fun, thanks to all that showed and can't wait till defend the trophy next year
