Fanforce icon

I'm going to make a fanforce icon for the Hothlanta Rebels. But I would like some of your ideas for a fanforce icon representing your fan force. I have one idea of a picture with the rebel trench soldiers. I'll post some pictures later to show you what I'm talking about.

But I would like to know what you want to see as your icon. If someone else besides me want to make a fan force icon for Atlanta, by all means go ahead. But I would like your ideas.

What's this about a FanForce icon, you ask? Well, the FanForce staff is allowing official FanForce chapters to create their own message board icon.

If you have any ideas about what would make a good icon, please let me or Theron know.

 

What about the icon we already have on our web page? Do we need another one?

 

It's possible that we could use that one, but the icons are very small, only 50 X 50 pixels (just look at your user icon as a reference). So, I don't know if it would work.

 

With icons being 50x50, not going to look great probably need to change the color of the buildings or the logo. Plus you have to find a place for the name which will tighten things up even more.

 

Bummer. It would be nice to maintain our identity with the same logo.

It might be worth the attempt. Otherwise, we could always just go with a picture of a jar of sprinkles.

 

That would confuse everyone except for those few folks who are in the know. It might be fun!

 

Maybe keep the blue color but put something rebelish other than our logo. But I think it'd be really cool to have one!

I like the 2nd and the 4th ones, myself.

 

I personally like the 4th one, I should bring the wording up a bit, it's too close to the bottom.

Not to just blindly follow the crowd, but I too like the fourth one. It's sophisticated. (Well, as sophisticated as geeks get.) ;-)

i like the forth one too but not as much as the 6th one.

 

I think the fourth one is fantastic. Nice job!

 

I made one extra right beside 4, the same but Hothlanta Rebels is pushed up a little.

Oops, I meant the seventh one is going to be fixed although I should probably leave it alone since most people like the 4th/5th one anyway.

If an opinion from Ft. Lauderdale counts, I like the fifth one too. I was told that our resident artist has come up with a logo for us. It will be sent to me soon. As soon as we all have a chance to see it we will show it off.
