Well, you know, John Williams just couldn't make it out to Ye Olde London Games Night, something about being a world-famous composer or something like that...pitiful excuse really. But I should be there, must be almost as good?

 

Can you do a good rendition of the Imperial March?

 

Well, was JW there? Did he do a good rendition of the Soviet national anthem?

Turned out the family get-together was cancelled because of rain. I could have gone.

So did everyone have fun?

a) Today is Saturday, nothing's happening.
b) Yesterday was Friday, nothing happened.
c) Tomorrow is Sunday, something should happen.

If any of you get this before tomorrow at three and want to bring some munchies along, that would be cool! I have coke and a bag of chips, but nothing more than that.
Either way, I'm sure we'll be okay.

Let me be the first to say, that was so much fun!

Meeting almost all of yous was great. The Wookie Cookies were delicious. Epic Duels was fun. So was Trivial Persuit, even though I had to leave half way through (was it finished?). And all those pictures from Toronto. We should have taken some of our own at the meeting.

I'm looking forward to the IMAX in Toronto. Congrats all, you managed to convince my dad that you're "mostly harmless".

 

LOL! Yes, I was thinking about the picture thing, but I had no film, so unless we wanted to crowd in front of my webcam, it wouldn't have worked.

That was so much fun guys (and I still have time to study!) *so full of Wookiee Cookies and munchies* We ended up eating all the cookies and completing the game of Trivial Pursuit though we had to check the video for reference a couple of times. Then we brought out the guitar for a bit too. (Yoda, Yo Yo Yo Yo Yoda!)

LOL Phi, I'm glad that we convinced your dad! I know how hard *that* can be!

 

Nothing like an oldfashioned sing-along of SW spoofs to close the day And do we even need to *guess* who won Trivial Pursuit?

Anyways, great fun, thank you Debbie for letting a mixture of strangers and strange people into your house, and I hope to see you all again sometime soon!

Although I had a wonderful weekend of my own, I was sorry to miss the fun and games. Are those wookiee cookies the one out of the SW cookbook?
I'll have to make them sometime...although I don't have the actuall book I have a photocopy of the whole thing (don't ask).
