Ok so i'm jealous, there happy now.

Actually i haven't had a drink in 18 days and plan to stay that way for a long time, i've been hitting the gym hard and combined with cricket training i'm feeling great.

Altough i missed first game of season with a double dislocation and a torn ligament in my right ring finger.

Oh and this morning i woke up with a blown blood vessel in my right eye, needless to say i look hot!

Yea, I need to get rid of the winter coat and ab up a bit to tell the truth, been cracking out more subway and less wendy's, so it's a start. haha!
