Fanforce table

Well, TFN has gotten a table for Fanforce. It is one of the free fan table.

We will need volunteers to staff the table. I figure at this point we can have people staff it in 2 hours shifts. We should have 2 people stafiing the table at the same time in case one has to be excused. I will have to get a scedule together ASAP.


Friday, May 3rd ? 10 AM ? 8 PM
Saturday, May 4th - 9 AM ? 8 PM
Sunday, May 5th - 9:00 AM ? 4:00 PM

If you commit to staff the table and fail to do so, we will have some sort of penalty.

More details soon as they become available.

 

I didn't see a listing for that in the official announcement? Is this a new development? I thought of "our" people, just the Chicago Force and the Indy Knights got tables.

 

They had extra tables.

Well... I could volunteer to staff the table but I'm kind of still new to this site. But if you need people, I guess I could be placed with somebody who's been here for some time?
And as a hotel front desk clerk, I have some experience in that!
Anyway I'm available...

This is a tentative Shift Schedule and I added myself to a time slot each day.

 

I'm with Sithclan (Quebec, Canada). I just went to a couple of meetings and I post a little on the boards...
I don't know what is actually required of the people staffing the FF table... Just give info and answer to questions?

 

I have also Volunteered to work.

2-4 on Friday, 9-11 both Saturday and Sunday.

If you really want to meet other fans this is a great way to do it. What better way to meet them then to have them come to you and say hi or ask questions? Personally I look forward to this more than listening to some Star talk about who got Diarrhea on set one day.

 

Doright I'll see you on Saturday and Sunday, I volunteered for those days too in one of the ohter threads.

Just a friendly FYI...

Some of the times you have for the room are wrong. The room will be closing at 6PM on Friday and Saturday, not 8PM.

You wouldn't want folks signing up for slots when the room won't be open.

What if I do not remember my Admin Password. or What if my heart desires colors outside of the visible spectrum?



I will commit to the times I said. You can count me as a given. Especially now with the brand spanking new MiniVanXJ flying me to Indy.

 

Isn't there a "change admin password" thing? I'm thinking that there was... but I could be wrong. At least I do know what mine is, thanks to Rox's TP game.

I feel quite silly, but I read my other schedule incorrectly, so my times have changed.

Please note that you must volunteer for a minimum of two hours to receive the perks. Also, if you see a shift you would just love, and it's taken by someone else with lots of shifts, PM them and see if they'd like you to take over one of their shifts.
