Tidewater, VA Fantisci Preparations

Hey peeps we need some participation. We have to start now with planning for Fantisci. Before you know it we be running our of time to prepare.

We need the following

List of Props This is our biggest table display so we have to fill it up.

Most importantly "DEMO" We need to plan and set up practices

When will we do practice sessions? We talked about Tues and Sun in the afternoon. Please post soon so I can make my sundays free.

 

Just checking in to see how practices are going for FantaSci. Jim Blanton from the Chesapeake library has placed us in the 2:45 time slot. Please let me know how long the demo will end up being.

 

Well neither of the knights that are at the level to chariagraph the fight are not posting. John said he would. I would do it but I am not a level three and Im getting to be over whelmed with other things like home work. Im calling John to see whats up.

 

Is the demo still happening? I haven't received any word about practice sessions. This is rather important to me as it will be the first saber demo I am a part of.

 

Shae facebook messaged me about a practice this afternoon, but I haven't heard if anyone else will be making it.

Chris or John or anyone, can you please update this post so everyone interested has a chance to show up?

 

Practice tonight Tues 7/12 at John/Theon's in Norfolk at 645 pmish. PM him for address or get in touch with Chris. My understanding that the demo will be the Sith versus Jedi at the Temple. I get killed first!

 

Okay. This is very, very short notice. I have another event tonight I would like to attend, but it's flexible from dusk to 11pm. How long can I expect a practice session to be?

 

Last year it was around an hour I think for the practices

 

Could someone pm me the address? It looks like I will be able to come. I just won't be able to stay around all night.

Next practice is scheduled for Sunday, July 17 at around 5:30/6:00. (Maliss, pretend it's at 4:00 ). It'll be at our house - PM me if you need the address or directions. See you there!

 

I'm so happy that practice is closer, for I must commute from the Outer Rim of Pungo! I'll be there (I have backup childcare JIC). BTW: I checked fantasci website and our demo is not listed in the programming schedule. Has anyone confirmed our time?

Awesome!!!! Ill be at practice a little early around 6:45 if someone can help me warm up.

 

We'll be there around 10ish - Ruan's working late tonight and we'll have a late night tomorrow night with some kiddo stuff. The little one and I will have to leave around 1-1:30 to get him to an event, so will miss the demo that Ruan'll be in. Someone take video, please!!

 

I'll be there around 11:30-12. I have child care.
