Yea, many a good conversations were had with the great simpy.

We finally got in RtCW together. lol I thought with his cable he'd get a better ping than 300 odd. We both had that sort of ping, but I'm use to it. I have other American people with cable joining NZ servers with a lower ping than that, and the server wasn't full either. Oh well. Simpy got a couple and he took a hit but was revived by me hehehe

Dan, you ever up for some RtCW? or some ET... when I get my graphics card working? Pat-fett plays, and is a new recruit in our clan, hehehe

No, it can't. In communication , intent is usually made clear. That's the purpose of communication. Most things are clear and easy to understand. If i say I want a pizza, I want a pizza. If I say," Joe, great job buddy" and there's no sarcasm present in my voice, I probaly mean to convey that Joe did a great job.

The latter would be hard to tell over the internet. That's why I said depending on what you meant.

I guess an explination is in order. Around here (or at least in the past) such humor is big in certain threads. Well, not big, but it was allowed. People talked crap and either got along well or started hating on each other. Fun times, all around.

Granted what I said wasn't really the funniest thing ever. I just wanted to keep the spirit alive, however. I have no above average hatred for the military or the government of any modern nation.

Now, why I said what I said is because he said he was going into the military. It's his choice any everyone wishes him well, but you can't deny that his job will be to uphold peace and all that stuff. So, if someone's going to try and kill me/attack us as a whole , it's a good thing that he'll probably be there to save my pasty white nerd ass (Well, not him personally in a logical world, but that's what I was trying to imply). So, sorry you took it that way.

I seriously meant no harm. I have plenty of friends and distant relatives in the military or retired military. Maybe what I said wasn't respectful or very intelligent even but I was trying to keep the mood light and all that.
