Valerie are you bringing any costumes? I just realized my Cermonial Leia is incomplete due to that catastrophe I had at DragonCon.

 

That reminds me, I have some aluminum enamel paint (used for aircraft models) that I think will work out for you nicely, Liz. Remind me to bring it to the March meeting.

Actually, bring the necklace with you, and I'll demo the paint job on a small area. If you like it, then you can take the paint home with you and finish on your own. If not, I'll remove it and you can start back at square one.

Hey Guys and Gals!

It's me, that guy who posts once in a blue (sometimes turquoise) moon. I was hoping to get up to Farpoint this weekend, but I can only swing one day which most likely will be Saturday. Is any one going to be in Jedi garb that day? I've been dying to get more use out of my Jedi Luke costume and thought this might be a good opportunity to do so and hang out with the gang at the same time. Let me know who might be in costume and where I can meet you guys on Saturday.
Hopefully my nutty schedule will permit me to get up there and see you all.

Yes, Jedi Luke you will be. Saturday is usually the day people dress up, so you will fit right in. I'm sure Eugenia will coordinate a meeting place for us.

I don't know if I'm doing costumes or not... Really all I have that's sorta done is the Emperor, but I still don't have a cane or makeup. Maybe I'll bring it anyway.

 

Oh do bring your Emperor costume! Cane or no cane!
I'll keep scanning the boards here and keep an eye out for what time you guys will be meeting on Saturday and where.

I'll be in Jedi garb as well and so will Sha. Ken will, likely, be Darth Bob again. Or let Cthulhu do the costuming for him. So break out that Jedi Luke and come on out!

I'll set up some meeting places tomorrow. STay tuned.... Also, look for notes on that big board by the registration desk. (presuming it's there) I know I'll be at the SW humor panel and the Billy Mumy panel on Saturday. And of course, masquerade and the 10 Forward dance. But I will post a meeting place or 2 for the daytime as well. And there's dinner too - we can all try to go out if we're brave (it being VD, good places might be crowded.)

For early folks, they have a good breakfast buffet in the hotel.

 

Vaders_Kid: Have no fear, Jedi Master Re-Kab Nad will be appearing at Farpoint on Saturday, so you'll be in good company!
