Fav Quote from a SW book?

Does anyone have a favorite quote from a Star Wars book? I don't have the actual book with me but the mine is the one Tarihi says about shoes: 'Shoes were invented by the sith to keep our delicate toes in anguish and misery' or something like that. Any one else have one?

goodness I have a lot of them. But here's my most fave from COPL:

That seen always makes me cry. Even though I know they wind up together.

 

I like the intro paragraph thing at the very begining of the Tale of Boba Fett in Tales of the Bounty Hunters.
