Who did you think was the best? I'd have to say Yoda. His duel with Dooku blew me completely away.
I have to say Count Dooku.
He is new, different, mysterious and interesting.
Christopher Lee is a great actor.
I only wish he was in more of the film.
Not to be mean, but the mods might wind up combining your topic with this one.
But, anyway...Anakin. He's just wonderfully complex. Runners up: Obi Wan and Padme. Man, the prequels have put Obi Wan in my heart.
Count Dooku--I both love and hate him.
*peeks in from the 3SA Forum*
Anakin. It's great to see the man who would be Vader in his good days, and he changes the way we view the OT. Hopefully in ROTS he will be just as interesting!
Senator Palpatine. His constent manipulations of the situation is a masterpiece to witness. This character is brilliantly evil.
Least favorite character, though the hottest, would be Padme. I love Natalie Portman, but Padme acts like she is all about Naboo and the Republic, but she lets everyone manipulate her; incluuding Anakin. I see her character as very weak minded and wishy washy.
I would have to go with Jango Fett.
Mace Windu is a close second.
Jango Fett. I would have loved to have seen a longer duel sequence in the arena; he was dispatched far too quickly in my opinion. Guess they had to prove that Mace was a numero uno badass by killing another badass.
In the AOTC novelization, the Mace and Jango duel (if you can call it that) went on for much much longer.
Let's just say...jetpacks were involved.
Obi Wan Kenobi. He did amazing in this movie, although the editing won't let you see that. Mace Windu was great too. I'm looking forward to seeing him in Episode 3.
Am I the only one?
He just is.
The Naboo pilot that get blown off the landing platform using the Whilhelm gets my vote!
Obi-Wan, mostly for the scenes with Jango (Ever make your way as far into the interior as Coruscant? Recently?), with Dooku (Well, who can blame them but he is here, I can assure you of that...), with Dexter (Depends on what, Dex?), and the ackward was he says "Hello" to the padawans in the scene with Yoda.
