    This is extraordinarily difficult, I find it almost impossible to differentiate between the trio (Han, Leia, Luke) and the droids (Artoo, Threepio). It's like they come as a package but here is my forced top 10:

    1. Palpatine :emperor:
    2. Darth Vader
    3. Yoda
    4. Han
    5. Leia
    6. Luke
    7. Chewbacca
    8. C3PO
    9. R2D2
    10. Count Dooku

    Honourable mention: Shmi Skywalker- for being an iconic character of Star Wars and for changing pop culture forever! [face_laugh]

    OK, here it goes. Some tough calls...

    1) Obi-wan (Principled and devoted to the Jedi cause. Full saga, Ewan brought depth and class to the younger incarnation and what can you say about Sir Alec.)
    2) Yoda (ESB sealed my love for this character, and I have enjoyed every incarnation since.)
    3) Vader / Anakin (classic villian in black, evil incarnate and tormented soul. Sad that TCWC had develop the character of Anakin so much.)
    4) Luke (classic boy next-door hero, love Mark's performances in ESB & ROTJ, can't wait to see the new incarnation in the sequel trilogy.)
    5) Han (pirate, nerf-hearder, heart of gold scoundrel.)
    6) Leia (princess, leader, force sensitive, rocks a metal bikini-complete package I'd say.)
    7) Hondo (makes me laugh, alien Han with less conscious.)
    8) R2-D2 (couldn't really tell the SW story without him.)
    9) Qui-gon (heroic, selfless, independent-what the Jedi order should have been)
    10) Lando (Billy-D, smooth all the way.)

    Honorable mention: Rey, Kylo / Ben, and Finn-need to see more of these characters for future rankings

    [face_laugh] . The way I see it, it was Vader who did that not Anakin. I just mean as a teenager I can be moody and grumpy at times, often ruled by my emotions. Though I am doing better I'm working to be the wise Obi-wan type figure.
