What games, exclusive or not, are your favorites, or you find yourself spending the most time playing on any of the current-generation consoles you or friends/family own?

The only system I have a lot of games for is GC, so I can really only list games for that.

GameCube - Metroid Prime, Zelda: WW, RL

LordRomeinp, I saw a lot of people mentioning KOTOR. I'm not so sure why RL wasn't mentioned, but for Jedi Outcast it's probably because they own it on PC. Jedi Academy isn't out yet, so that shouldn't be listed as someone's favorite game. ;)

XBox: Don't have one, don't want one.
GBA: The Golden Suns, Advance Wars, the Zeldas (all from Link's Awakening through the Link to the Past rerelease, though I haven't played Four Swords), the Super Marios, Wario Land 1-2, the Castlevanias, the newer Megamans (Battle Network included, for some reason), and the Metroids. Oh yeah, also Wario Ware, the Kirbys, and a very strange Japan-only game called Lucky Monkey.
Cube: Umm...all I have for this right now is Ocarina of Time and a preview with playable demos of Splinter Cell, SoulCaliber II, Sonic Adventure DX, Viewtiful Joe, and Billy Hatcher. And I don't even have a save card for Ocarina! (Luckily, I have the GB Player, so I can use all those when the preview disc is off.)
PS2: Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy VII, The Clone Wars, and Tekken Tag Tournament.

I always find time for Tetris, but as for the recent consoles:

    Xbox: Project Gotham Racing.
    GBA: Yoshi's Island
    GC: Rogue Leader, Smash Bros.
PS2: Gran Turismo 3, GTA: Vice City

That will probably all change come Christmas though :)

Xbox: I don't own, and I've only played it a few time. I'd have to go with Halo though, of course.
GBA: tie between Super Mario World and Warioware
    Gamecube: Metroid Prime
    PS2: currently, Final Fantasy X
(PC, just because: currently: Battlefield 1942 and expansions, Star Wars Galaxies)

I'm not sure what you just said about me, Rome, but it seemed to be a compliment...I think. Something about me being a Game boy master? As for Star Wars games: Yeah, I love them, but I don't have any for the Cube yet, I mentioned Clone Wars for the PS2, I haven't played any good ones for the Game Boy, and play Rogue Squadron and Shadows for the N64 and Super SW for the SNES. I also play JKII and GB for the PC, but this thread was about the Box, GBA, GCN, and PS2, so I didn't mention them.

I hardly play any of the current systems, but when I do, it's usually just GTA3 or VICE CITY on PS2, and occasionally the DRIVER games. I used to play RED FACTION all the time (I would just put it on two-player mode and ran around blowing the crap out of the place and the other player), but my brother traded it off.

Currently, on the PC, the ever-present "Max Payne". (I may actually be looking forward more to "Max Payne 2" than I am "Jedi Academy".)
On the PS2... I have been playing "GTA3" and "GTA Vice City" rather heavily, with sporadic bouts with "WWE Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth", "Chaos Legion", "Rygar", and "Shinobi".

It is common knowledge that any multi-console game, that graphically and everything else, it is going to be on the X-Box that it shines the best. As a result, most games I get are on X-box or PS2, with the rare exclusives that I have to get on Game Cube I get.

Curse Namco, for having all the different Soul Caliber 2 carts out....I had to buy both the GC and X-Box version to maximize the game.
