Favorite items to pair with pancakes!

Often when I go to Denny's, I'll order 2 stacks of pancakes with a plate of spicy BBQ chicken fingers.

 

Sausage.
Always sausage.
NOTHING BUT SAUSAGE!!!

 

The obvious answer is more pancakes.

 

More Pancakes.

I've always wondered what grits were.

 

Its kinda like cream of wheat

 

Eggs, bacon, ham, biscuits, and pizza.

 

That's not an acceptable answer.

 

Butter, a little bit of maple syrup, and peameal bacon.

Yesterday, right in the midst -- well, slightly off-center, but still within -- National Pancake Week, was National Chili Day. So therefore, the only acceptable thing to do would be to have pancakes with chili on them.

 

Mincemeat, syrup or apricot jam.
