It was, is and always will be Yoda.

Yah i have to say Plo koon he's my ultimate favorite i mean you have to be good to get rid of Darth Rage and he was friends with Qui-Gon and he used to have a yellow sabre which is so better than haveing blue or green or even purple come on even though he doesn't talk in episode 1 or 2 (We're all hoping in 3 he will) he's totally stronger than ki-adi-mundi who agrees

As I'm sure you all know by now that Saesee Tiin is my favourite, but Plo Koon is very close behind.
How do you think these two will die during the purge?
I actually think it would be sweet to see Saesee escape using his awesome piloting skills to go back to Iktotchi.
Also to see Plo Koon trying to escape and he makes it to orbit by his home planet of Dorin. And the person chasing him gets sucked up by one of the two black holes that are on opposite sides of Dorin.

I was playing the new Starwars Jedi Academy game for X Box. It is so good.
There's a Kel Dor(PLO KOONS species) as one of the characters his name is Jaden. And he already has a lightsaber even before they start training at Skywalkers academy.
It would be sweet if this ways Plo Koons relative.
Then he tells Luke at the academy that his Uncle Plo Koon was once a Jedi in the Old Jedi order ad that he still lives because he was able to escape. So Luke decides to have Koon join them to help train new Jedi. Then when Koon arrives he informs Luke that Saesee Tiin was also alive, as well as Kit Fisto. So they also decide to help train at Luke's academy.
I know this sounds a little far fetched. But that would be pretty cool to have some survivors of the Old Jedi Order to help build a New Jedi Order.

 

Who do you think that some of the new Jedi Council members will be in Episode 3. Any ideas? I think that Luminara Unduli would be a good Council member.

I was reading the Ultimate Alien anthology last night and I was reading about the Iktotchi and it said that there were some Iktotchi that were able to make it safely back to Iktotch.

Definitely Yoda. We don't know enough about most of the rest to make much of a decision about them.

Well, a few of them, but still...Yoda is the coolest.

Hi,again. I am FED UP with Lucas contradicting himself constantly! I mean, aren't Idronian Zabraks supposed to withstand extreme torture, and then he goes off and KILLS the Zabrak!!! He was one of my faves,and it's too bad...

Okay, about the new council members.....KIT!!! Kit should be a new member because he charged headlong into droid fire(which is VERY brave), AND led an assault on Mon Calimari(or so the Clone Wars say). He DESERVES it!

 

Limiting myself to TPM Council Member Jedi only,...

I like Yoda for his speech and characterization, but not for how he looks; I hate the TPM Yoda puppet.

Plo Koon looks pretty wicked.

I don't like Oppo Rancisis's face, but his serpentine tail makes me think he'd look pretty interesting in a lightsaber duel.

Saesee Tiin looks like he could kick some serious butt.

And of course Yarael Poof 'cause he is my dad after all and four arms would be fun.

I was answering the question posted about who you think would make a good council member. And, that contradicting issue has been bugging me since TPM came out. And AOTC made it worse. I was hoping that someone else had read up on the Zabrak species, besides me that is, who would agree with me that Lucas just HAD to have his explosion, so he took back what he said. Otherwise, I HAVE NO IDEA!

I'm not really sure if they can withstand extreme torture or not, but that doesn't matter. If you get cut in half and fall into a bottomless pit...YOU DIE
