Qui Gon Jinn was an awesome character, you just reminded me! Yes he seemed wise, and I liked his "in the here and now" thesis. In fact I think I repeated that to myself sometimes during life.

Mace Windu for sheer awesome duelling powers and that Palpatine fight.

Aayla Secura for purely purely intellectual reasons.

Qui Hon was cool because he did not follow the council. Yet he was still good.

I picked Yoda, Shaak Ti, Aayla and Plo. I wish we got to see more of Aayla and Shaak Ti than their "cameo-esque" appearances. Obviously I picked Plo simply because of his connection with Ahsoka. I'd have also picked Luminara if she was on there; again with the cameo. Most of the picks involve my fondness of the characters from TCW.

Definitely a fan of Aayla Secura. And I also liked seeing Shaak and Peo in TCW. Perhaps them all actually speaking in the Jedi Council during the movies would have been helpful haha. There was a funny Robot Chicken sketch where the others just watch whilst Yoda and Windu (two great Jedi and amongst my favorite) make all the decisions.

Liked because made me laugh with your avatar haha. I just envisioned him sitting at the Council and saying that.

I remember in ROTJ when they show the clones firing on Aayla on Felucia and then Plo above (Kamino?...I don't remember) It just seemed like they were tossed in there for fan appeasement. After Order 66, it could've been any number of (at the time) unknown Jedi being hunted down. A little off-topic, but I wonder if the actors who played them still got a decent salary for the makeup alone.

From this list it's far and away Obi-Wan Kenobi. If we are talking Jedi actually first introduced in the PT then I guess Mace Windu.

I voted for Obi-Wan. Curiously, Qui-Gon is not on this list. He's my second favorite.

Obi-wan.... in fact, I personally tend to look at the PT from his point of view. He was one of the few jedi that had a clue, wasn't blinded, etc. It's just as much his tragedy as Anakin's (if not more).

Qui-Gon. Serious and tough. This moment when he charges at Maul is fantastic.

Anakin has always been my favorite because I've really always loved his arc as a tragic hero, but I do love Obi-Wan as well, because he's gone through so much and doesn't end up falling. I really admire his strength just as a person.

Obi Wan. When I first got into Star Wars, I think I had a little crush on Ewan McGregor. I like the character in the original trilogy as well, but one thing I didn't like was when Sir Alec Guiness told that young fan to "... never watch Star Wars again!" after he asked for his autograph or something. How can you say something like that to a little kid? I would have run away crying my eyes out too! I'm not sure if Ewan would ever do that. I also like Qui-Gon Jinn and of course, Yoda. One of my favorite scenes in The Phantom Menace is when Qui-Gon grabs Jar Jar's tongue and says: "Don't do that again." after Jar Jar snatches something up with it. :)

Theres a lot of Jedi introduced in the prequels, but other than Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, Yoda, Mace and Anakin none of the others are given any real decent time or character development for me to feel invested in them at all. Which is a shame because it meant that the order 66 scenes fall flat because of it.

I went with Anakin. I feel he is the most well-written character in all of SW, in terms of his motivations, his history, his character flaws and his choices. His overall story arc leaves nothing undone. I also love his passion and skill and the reputation he's built across the galaxy, especially when I include the TCW series. Even more superficial things, like his lightsaber, his costume design, and style of fighting are my favorite in the PT.

2nd would be Yoda-cos he's my favorite character in all of SW.

I had selected Anakin Skywalker due to his complex story arc . . . and because Qui-Gon Jinn wasn't on the list.
