    My favorite Jedi would have to be Obi-Wan. Just something about his character always drew me to him.

    Favorite Sith is definitely Darth Maul. He is awesome.

    Jedi - gonna be boring: Luke. Followed closely by Corran Horn.
    Sith - DArth Krayt was a pretty interesting character. Also Naga Sadow, for the shear pulpy-ness. :p

    Depending on what Luke is like in the new movie(s) the Jedi one could change.....Darth Vader is my favorite movie character so that one is unlikely to change ever.

    Film-wise:

    Jedi Master toss between Obi-Wan and Oppo Rancisis (looks so cool), I suspect both might be supplanted by Luke though.

    Sith: Count Dooku, no contest.

    EU: Daegen Lok though he could almost be a proto-Sith as well.
